In 3 months we added 50kg to my Deadlift PR!! (Jason)

During these sessions we will discuss all things training & lifestyle whilst nailing down on your lifting technique.

PERSONAL COACHING

Multiple Options

Whether you are a novice or a pro athlete, everyone should have a coach if they are serious about succeeding. Real time form/technique correction makes a huge difference however, it is the connection we build in person and the accountability of this that truly sets in person coaching apart.

What is included:

  • Tailor-made gym programs specifically for your needs. All your workouts will be bespoke and sent to you on an interactive app.

  • Communication with me throughout the week to assist with your remote sessions.

  • Guidance and education on fundamental health practices in your daily life.

  • Any other support we feel will contribute to you living a healthier & more fulfilled life whilst smashing your goals!

For in person coaching you will need to be or become a member of PureGym Exchange Crescent in the center of Edinburgh.
